School Life

The Italian educational system is quite difficult and expectations are high. Participants will be enrolled in the 3rd or 4th year of the five years of the scuola superiore program; they will follow classes in a local high school from Monday to Saturday morning. Classes include Italian, Mathematics, Sciences, Physics, Foreign Language (English, German or French), Geography, History, Physical Education... The school year runs from September to June.
School Day :
- 8.30am to 1.30 - 2.00pm
- Saturday classes may be allocated

Participants will live with an Italian family. Like family members they will share the family’s everyday life, participate in activities and adapt to the family rules as if it were their own.
